Ewelina is a qualified clinical and sports massage therapist with a passion for helping people move freely, feel stronger in their bodies, and reconnect with a sense of balance. She offers outcome-focused treatments that blend deep tissue, remedial, sports, and relaxation massage, tailored to each client’s needs.

Ewelina also holds a qualification in hot stone massage and in pregnancy massage, and is trained to treat women safely at all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. Trained at the Jing Institute in Brighton, she holds an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy qualification and integrates techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, and hot stones to suit each client’s individual needs.

Ewelina also has a personal background in strength and bodyweight training, which deepens her understanding of movement, muscular recovery, and physical performance.
