I imagine a lot of you are working at your desks due to self isolation, you may have a great set up or you may be suffering with a small screen and an uncomfortable chair. Either way we wanted to help you out with some yoga. We hope you enjoy!

Work your lower back dynamically, with the breath and through passive stretching to release tension and alleviate pain.

 

Shoulder Mobilisation

Get your shoulders moving! Improve joint range of movement and rounded shoulders with these exercises. Don't do these if they cause pain.
