About Layla Auer
Layla is a Systematic Kinesiology practitioner who uses gentle muscle testing techniques to find imbalances in the body. Once identified, she uses a combination of chiropractic principles and ancient Chinese wisdom to bring the body and mind back into balance.
She believes that getting to the root causes of illness, injury and emotional imbalances is possible through a holistic approach to physical and mental health. The modality of Systematic Kinesiology is both exploratory and empowering, offering you ways of understanding what might be causing stresses and what treatment plan to follow on the journey to improved wellbeing.
Layla is a dedicated natural health care practitioner with a particular interest in the areas of the impacts of trauma on the nervous system and how the gut biome affects the body and mind. She works with a variety of people across the region and can treat age ranges from newborn babies to the elderly.

What happens during a treatment?
To start your journey we talk about your history, key events that have influenced your life, your overall health and the areas you need some support in. We set some goals for your health and wellbeing, look at what might be getting in the way of achieving them and gain an understanding of what support you need to reach those goals.
On the massage table, fully clothed, we explore areas that are impaired or need attention through non-invasive muscle testing. Through these tests we understand the emotions and self-limiting beliefs that are impacting your body’s ability to heal, the physical and energetic blockages and the nutritional changes to your diet can improve your health.
Kinesiology is beneficial for everyone and clients can feel a difference after one session. Each session is unique to your needs and together we will create a treatment plan that will support you on your journey to improved health and wellbeing. This could include lymphatic massage techniques to use at home, foods to increase or reduce in your diet, mindfulness techniques and lifestyle changes.
